Ensure your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and towels cannot be returned once opened.

Pack and Post
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit. Send the parcel back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
